St.Paul's Community Garden Project
Nine parishioners have joined together to garden together and to grow vegetables in Chuck Kalnin's backyard. This first year has truly been a learning process, but also very encouraging. The fellowship has been great. Vegetables have been growing rather vigorously! We hope that the project becomes larger in scope and also in its outreach aspect. Some produce has been shared with others. Some will be delivered to the Food Bank. More will continue to be shared with others. Some is planned to be used at harvest time to help decorate St. Paul's altar. The future is promising. Plans have already been made to increase garden space next year. The photos here depict the progress to date. More photos will be posted through the summer and into the fall.
